Elders First to offer 'positive and safe place' full time

"For the past nine months, Elders First ADS has offered part-time day care for aging adults suffering from mental or physical decline. Beginning Aug. 4, the nonprofit adult day care program will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ... 'One of the most important features of Elders First ADS is the creation of moments of joy for the participants throughout the day,' said Tina O'Brien, executive director of the program."
